Run.Away Festival – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket for the Run.Away Festival (“the Festival”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Festival without refund.
2. Ticket Validity
All tickets are unique to each attendee and must match the name of the person attending.
All attendees must present valid photographic ID matching the name on their ticket upon entry.
Ticket holder name changes are permitted but must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the start of the Festival.
Tickets are non-transferable to other events and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 9.
The resale or attempted resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Tickets are only valid when purchased from official Run.Away Festival outlets or authorised ticket partners.
2b. Payment Plan Tickets
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled instalments in full.
Once the first payment has been made, the purchase is confirmed and non-refundable.
3. Admission
Admission is subject to venue capacity and organiser discretion.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee for disorderly behaviour, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, or non-compliance.
4. Age Restrictions
The Festival is an 18+ event.
Valid photographic ID is required.
No refunds will be issued for failure to meet age requirements.
5. VIP Tables & Minimum Spends
VIP table deposits are non-refundable.
Unused minimum spend amounts are non-refundable.
VIP bookings are non-transferable.
6. Prohibited Items and Searches
Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, drones, and professional recording equipment.
All attendees are subject to searches.
Refusal to comply may result in removal without refund.
7. Event Changes
The organisers may change the Festival schedule, lineup, venue, or operating hours without notice.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
8. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss or injury except where caused by negligence.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of attendees.

Lost property enquiries should be directed to info@runawayfestivalhq.com.
Items are held for a limited period.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may be issued at organiser discretion in the event of cancellation or substantial alteration.
Refunds cover ticket face value only.
Rescheduled events transfer tickets automatically.
10. Health, Safety & COVID-19 Measures
Attendees must comply with all UK health and safety regulations.
Health screenings may be implemented if required.
Those displaying illness may be refused entry.
11. Media, Photography & Recordings
Attendance implies consent to photography and filming for promotional use.
Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use.
